TROPHY SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Coverage and Costs

Trophies are shipped internationally and the shipping costs are covered by the seller (IMVA / LIPS Creative s.r.o.), unless otherwise stated during promotional periods.

Delivery Responsibility

Trophies are shipped to the address provided by the participant. Please make sure your shipping information is correct and complete at the time of order.

Missed or Undeliverable Shipments

In case the package is undelivered due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick it up from your local post office/customs:

  • The seller reserves the right to request additional payment from the customer to re-ship the trophy.

  • If the customer does not agree to pay for reshipping, the order may be canceled without a refund of the shipping or production costs.

  • Buyers are responsible for complying with any customs or import restrictions in their country and for paying any applicable duties or taxes

Customs and Import Duties

For shipments outside the European Union (EU), local customs or import duties may apply. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Time

Delivery times vary by country and shipping method. Most trophies are shipped within 7–14 business days from the date of order.
